15Cenchi Japanese Desserts was founded in 2020 during the lockdown period with the aim of spreading happiness within our community. We are passionate about the fine craftsmanship and refined food culture of our home country, Japan - so we opened a small online store delivering packages of love in the form of Japanese Basque cheesecakes. Our artisan cakes are a delicate take on the traditional Basque desserts, with a lighter texture and a perfect balance of sweetness, bringing you a moment of happiness in every bite.
